Who operates the site

Job Search Crew operates jobsearchcrew.com from 6004 2nd Street North, Arlington, VA 22203. Write to support@jobsearchcrew.com.

What the site is

The site explains the crew and, after you sign in, lets you pay for access or enter a tester code. The crew itself runs in your own account in the chat app you set it up in. Job Search Crew does not read your inbox, store your resume, or send applications for you.

Information the site collects

When you sign in with Google, Job Search Crew receives your name, email address, and profile photo from Google, plus a sign-in session.

When you pay, Stripe processes the card. Job Search Crew receives the fact that the payment succeeded or failed, the amount, and the email on the payment. Job Search Crew does not receive your full card number.

When you visit, the site uses PostHog to count page views and a few steps: starting sign-in, starting payment, paying, copying your setup prompt, and opening an install link. PostHog also receives the site that sent you, such as LinkedIn, your browser and device type. It stores a cookie so a return visit counts as the same visitor. Once you sign in, these visits are tied to an account number, never your name or email. The site does not record your screen or what you type.

When you use a tester code, Job Search Crew records the code and the Google account that used it.

How that information is used

Job Search Crew uses it to sign you in, tell paid customers from testers, show the install links you have access to, email your setup links, and answer a support email. It is not sold.

Services that handle it

Google handles sign-in. Stripe handles payment. Resend sends the email with your setup links. PostHog measures site visits. Supabase stores the account and the sign-in session. Railway hosts the site. Those services process the information only to provide Job Search Crew.

How long it is kept

The account and payment record stay while your access is active. Write to support@jobsearchcrew.com to ask for the account to be deleted. Payment records may remain where Stripe and tax rules require them.

Children

Job Search Crew is not for children under 16.
